Agency/Provider Course Audit

Are you an agency or provider looking for the audit version of the Guardian/Conservator Education course for your staff? Contact Erin Wiesen via email for access. Please include the agency/provider name, employee name(s)/email(s), and supervisor name(s)/email(s) in your request. Please note that continuing education credits may be granted but completion of the audit course does not qualify staff to become a guardian/conservator.

Certificates of Completion

If you have already taken the course but need to generate another copy of your certificate, follow these steps: / Si ya tomaste el curso, pero necesitas otra copia de tu certificado, sigue estos pasos:

  • Sign in to the site with your username and password.

    Inicie sesión en el sitio con su nombre de usuario y contraseña.

  • Click on your name in the top right corner and select “My Account.”

    Seleccione su nombre en la esquina superior derecha y seleccione "My Account."

  • Click on “Certificates" in the left hand column and select "Download PDF."
