Forgot Password?

The Office of Public Guardian will not be able to reset passwords. No exceptions. Use the "forgot password?" feature. Wait until the email arrives to complete the password reset (it may take a few minutes - also check your spam/junk folder). If you requested a password reset multiple times, only the most recent reset email will work. Make sure to click the reset link on the most recent email you have received. DO NOT RESET YOUR PASSWORD MORE THAN ONCE to avoid this issue!
